He completed his undergraduate and graduate studies in the Department of Industrial Engineering and worked as a Research Assistant at Uludağ University’s Industrial Engineering Department, conducting both academic research and university–industry collaboration projects. His master’s thesis on production efficiency in the automotive industry was published in The International Journal of Advanced Manufacturing Technology.

He has led structuring and development projects in various fields of the manufacturing and service industries, focusing on strategic planning, corporate performance management, organizational development, process improvement within the scope of operational excellence, and enhancing production performance through lean manufacturing techniques.

Since 2016, as the co-founder of VSM Consultancy, he has been managing consultancy projects across diverse sectors and providing management consulting services. He focuses on competency and leadership development in order to internalize corporate processes and systems and ensure the sustainability of organizational development.

She has developed and managed end-to-end HR applications in institutions operating in different fields such as consultancy, non-governmental organizations and manufacturing sectors.

She completed her undergraduate education in Psychology and graduate education in Human Resources Management and she studied in Business Administration at Sydney Central Queensland University and Business Management at the Academy of Social Sciences. She has Solution Focused Coaching Certificate from Erickson Coaching School affiliated with ICF. As of 2021, she started her master’s degree in Clinical Psychology and continues her education for becoming a psychotherapist.

Since 2016, as the founding partner of VSM Consulting, she has been carrying out projects in the fields of cultural transformation, organizational development, process structuring of human resources, and leadership development programs. In addition, she took part in consultancy projects focused on improving corporate culture, strengthening leadersihp profiles and change management as the Türkiye’s Business Partner of Great Place to Work between 2017-2021.

She completed her undergraduate education in Computer Engineering Major. She carries out projects in the field of process design and integration in SAP S4/HANA, C4/HANA, CANIAS, Logo, MS Dynamics and different ERP applications. She used to work in manufacturing (food, glass, textile, white goods, steel, cement, concrete, trailer, automotive supply), fast-moving consumer goods, technology (informatics, hardware, network management, mobile , internet) and retail sectors. She has assigned as a senior manager in Turkey’s leading companies. She took part in the organization of foreign institutions.

She has an accredited (ICF) certificate and experience in the field of coaching. She has involved in many change and transformation programs. She is one of the authors of Digitopia – Digital Transformation Journey Guide. Since 2018, she has been carrying out system and digitalization projects.

In the first 5 years of her business life, which has been nearly 20 years, she carried out projects within the scope of system establishment, psycho-technical assessments and customer satisfaction research within the framework of her responsibilities in the leading training & consultancy companies. In the last 15 years she has led global adaptation projects in the fields of recruitment, talent & performance management, assessment center applications, besides career development in one of the largest pharmaceutical companies of the sector and one of the leading multinational companies of FMCG. She has carried out projects for the company to catch up with new trends in topics such as employer brand management, diversity & inclusion and well-being.

She completed her undergraduate education in Psychology and graduate education in Industrial and Organizational Psycgology with her thesis on “Assesment Center Applications”. In addition, she has also completed her certificates in the field of coaching and provides services in the field of management and team coaching. She has been working as a Senior Consultant at VSM Consultancy since 2019.

After completing her undergraduate degree in Economics, she gained over 25 years of experience in the banking sector, working in both branch and headquarters roles in areas such as customer services, commercial banking, and credit management. During this period, she participated in numerous technical and personal development trainings delivered both internally and externally, and additionally delivered trainings within the bank on onboarding processes for new employees, technical competencies, and personal development. She has attended many certified programs offered by reputable training institutions and consulting firms in the fields of personal development, leadership skills, change management, and communication, and has continuously kept her knowledge and competencies up to date.

Since 2022, she has been delivering training and development programs through VSM Consultancy to various organizations on topics such as leadership development, self-awareness, communication, conflict management, and feedback. She adopts a holistic learning approach that combines hands-on field experience with theoretical knowledge and aims to turn knowledge into behavior. With her deep sector expertise, strong communication skills, and learning-oriented mindset, she provides effective solutions in the field of training and development.
