In order to analyze the current situation of the corporate, with the questionnaires in which the participants can express themselves easily, we collect data on business conduct, corporate culture, values, competencies, and employee retention by using advanced statistical techniques, we analyze these data and describe the development path.
We analyze the potential and skills of individuals with tests. With inventories, we reveal how individuals and teams perceive themselves and each other, and their development areas.
One-on-One Interviews and Focus Groups
We conduct one-to-one interviews with the participants in order to gain a more in-depth understanding of the data collected by the surveys, and with focus group studies, we identify the needs, problems, expectations and obstacles that are common. We aim to increase the awareness of employees in their transition from passive to active.
Field Analyses
In line with the content and needs of the project we are dealing with, we examine the organization, business processes, production methods and systems used on site with expert consultants.
Assessment and Development Center Applications
Before any development study to be conducted on people and teams, we search the potentials related to behavioral competencies that employees should display. We use the Assessment and Development Center applications, which are considered as one of the most reliable tools in this regard.
