We recognize that every organization has its own unique nature, and we begin by focusing on understanding the qualities that have brought the organization to where it is today and will carry it into the future. That’s why we start our projects with measurement and evaluation.
In order to analyze the organization’s current state, we collect data through surveys that allow participants to express themselves freely. We evaluate insights related to the organizational culture, values, strategies, ways of working, competencies, and employee engagement, and then define a development path. Through individual, intra-team, and inter-team self-assessments, as well as tests and inventories, we uncover areas for improvement and identify potential.
To gain a deeper understanding of the data collected through surveys, we conduct one-on-one interviews with employees and facilitate focus group studies with homogeneous groups. This approach helps us identify shared requirements, challenges, expectations, and obstacles. Our goal is to increase the awareness of individuals and teams as they transition from a passive state to an active, empowered role.
Depending on the scope and requirements of the project at hand, we conduct on-site examinations of the organization, its workflows, production methods, and systems alongside our expert consultants.
Before starting any development initiative focused on individuals and teams, we examine the potential for the behavioral competencies expected from employees. We use Assessment and Development Center applications, recognized as one of the most reliable methods in this field, and evaluate participants through interactive, job-related content prepared by experienced consultants.
